A flat plan, a contract and a fee on online sales
Regiondo publishes two plans: Grow at €59 and Pro at €99 a month, billed monthly on a one-year contract, with 10% off if you pay for the year upfront. Its pricing page promises no commission on bookings, and also notes that a small per-booking fee applies to online bookings, without giving the amount; offline bookings have no extra fee. Ask Regiondo for the exact fee before you compare.
Tourtify is a flat monthly plan with no fee on any booking, online or offline. You can pay monthly or yearly and cancel at any time, and your customer list and bookings can be exported whenever you want.
Widget, website builder or a whole website
Regiondo's plans include a booking widget for your own website. Its website builder, which Regiondo builds with you on your domain, is an optional add-on at €1,000, one time.
Tourtify includes the website on every plan: themes made for tour operators, a visual site editor and page builder, tour pages with day-by-day itineraries, maps, reviews and FAQs, a blog, search engine settings and structured data, in up to 28 languages on your own domain.
European roots and distribution
Regiondo has worked with tour and activity businesses in Europe since 2011, with its deepest presence in the German-speaking countries, France, Italy, Spain, Greece and Croatia. It supports local payment methods, currencies, OTAs and support languages in each market, and connects to GetYourGuide, Viator and local resellers on both plans. It joined ProSiebenSat.1's Jochen Schweizer mydays Group in 2019, and in 2023 joined forces with Checkfront and Rezdy.
Tourtify is built to work in every country: Stripe, PayPal and Square alongside regional providers such as Razorpay, Mercado Pago, Xendit, Paystack, Khalti and eSewa, booking websites in up to 28 languages, and agents, resellers, OCTO, an open API and a channel manager plugin for online travel agencies, all booking from one calendar.
Running each departure
Both systems handle bookings, tickets and scanning, vouchers and guest messages. Tourtify adds multi-day tours and treks with departures, day-by-day itineraries and printable trip PDFs, deposits, balances and instalments with automatic reminders, waivers and traveller details collected before the trip, and guides with their schedules.

Does Regiondo charge a booking fee?
Regiondo's pricing page says there is no commission on bookings, and that a small per-booking fee applies to online bookings, without giving the amount. Offline bookings have no extra fee. Ask Regiondo for your exact terms.
How long is a Regiondo contract?
At the time of writing all Regiondo plans are billed monthly on a one-year contract, with 10% off when you pay for the year upfront. Tourtify plans are monthly or yearly, and you can cancel at any time.
Is Regiondo part of Rezdy?
Regiondo says that in 2023 it joined forces with Checkfront and Rezdy. Before that, it was acquired by ProSiebenSat.1 Media in 2019 as part of the Jochen Schweizer mydays Group.
Is Tourtify cheaper than Regiondo?
It depends on how much you sell and on Regiondo's current pricing. Tourtify is a flat monthly price with no fee per booking, so its cost doesn't grow with your sales. Use the calculator on our home page with your own numbers and compare it with Regiondo's pricing.
Can I move my tours from Regiondo?
Yes. Bring your tours across with the importer or set them up in the console, add redirects from your old links, and switch your domain when you're ready. We'll help you plan the move.
Can I keep selling on other channels while I switch from Regiondo?
Yes. Build and test your Tourtify site on its free address first. Resellers can connect through OCTO, and agents get their own links, so nothing stops while you move.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly plans have no long-term contract, and you can export your bookings at any time.
