Terms of service

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you invite.

New accounts may start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page; we will tell you before any price change applies to you.

Travellers pay you through the payment provider you connect. Tourtify is not a party to your contracts with travellers and does not hold your funds. Your payment provider's own terms and fees apply.

You keep ownership of your tours, photos, pages, customer records and other content. You permit us to host, process and display it only to run the service for you, and you are responsible for having the right to use what you upload.

When we process traveller data for you, you are the controller and we are your processor. Our data processing terms apply to that processing and form part of these terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your own account data.

You are responsible for the tours you sell, the accuracy of your listings, your booking and cancellation policies, and complying with the consumer, travel and tax rules that apply to your business.

• No unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• No spam sent through the service.

We may suspend accounts that put travellers, other customers or the service at risk.

We keep improving Tourtify and may change features over time. If we remove something important you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice.

You can cancel at any time from Billing in your console, and export your bookings first. After cancellation we may delete your data after a reasonable period, as described in our privacy policy.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
