Do you take a cut of my bookings?
No. You pay the plan price and nothing per booking. Your payment provider charges its usual card fees; those go to them, not to us.
How does the free trial work?
You get 30 days free. Set up your site and take real bookings, then choose a plan to keep going. Plugins on higher plans need that plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Switch plans from Billing in your console whenever your business needs change.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Your bookings can be exported as CSV from the console at any time.
Who counts as a team member?
Anyone who signs in to your console: owners, admins, sales agents, guides and anyone with custom access. Travellers never need an account.
What is media storage for?
The photos, videos and files you upload to tours, pages and your blog. Images are optimised automatically.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Your website and bookings keep working. The Plan & usage page in your console shows usage against each limit; to add more team members, domains, storage or campaign sends than your plan includes, move to a bigger plan at any time.
Are point of sale, the shared inbox and trekking tools extra?
No. They are plugins included in the plans shown in the table below; switch them on when you need them.
Can I move from another booking system?
Yes. Import customers and bookings from FareHarbor, Rezdy, Bókun, Peek Pro, Checkfront or a spreadsheet, and tours from WordPress or any tour page.
Can you move my website for me?
Yes. For a one-off $149, our team moves your tours, pages, customers and bookings and sets up redirects from your old addresses. You get a plan first, and nothing is charged until you agree.
