AI app connections (MCP)
Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, VS Code or any MCP app to your business and ask in plain words: what’s on tomorrow, who still owes a balance, how sales compare with last month. Each person signs in and chooses what the app may see; every call uses their own permissions and appears in the activity log.
Who it's for
Why operators use AI app connections (MCP)
Owners and team members who already use ChatGPT, Claude or another AI app and want quick answers about their business without opening reports.
Highlights
- Ask in plain words: tomorrow's departures, balances still due, this month's sales
- Each person connects their own app and chooses what it may read
- Every call limited to that person's role and your plan
- Read-only, with a monthly allowance on every plan
Ask your business questions in plain words
The MCP plugin connects AI apps such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or VS Code to your Tourtify business through the Model Context Protocol. Ask what's on tomorrow, who still owes a balance on next week's departures, or how this month's sales compare with last month, and the app answers from your real data.
Each person connects their own AI app by signing in to Tourtify and choosing what it may see: tours, bookings, customers, payments, reports or the inbox. Nobody shares passwords or API keys.
Only what that person may see
Every call runs as the person who connected, inside their business, limited to the access they granted, their current role and your plan. A guide's connection can't see payments if their role can't; if you change their role, the next call follows the new permissions. Owners decide who may connect at all, and the team's two-step sign-in rule applies to AI apps too.
Text written by travellers or the public, such as enquiry messages and booking notes, is passed to the AI app marked as untrusted, so the model is told not to follow instructions hidden inside it.
Usage and plans
Read-only tools work on every plan, with a monthly allowance of tool calls: 1,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth and 50,000 on Scale. Each person can see and disconnect their own AI apps at any time.
