Field staff app at a glance
Add Tourtify to the home screen and it opens like an app. The Today screen lists each person's departures for today and the next week, with what's needed on the trip: the lead's phone, travellers, dietary and medical notes, waiver status, emergency contacts and, for treks, the day plan, lodges and emergency plan.
Mountains, boats and national parks don't have reliable signal. The Today screen and the till keep working offline; check-ins and no-shows queue on the device and sync when it reconnects, with any clash shown side by side. The offline copy is encrypted, scoped to what that person may see and wiped on sign-out.

Do guides see every booking?
No. A guide linked to a guide profile sees only the departures they're assigned to, and contact details only if their role allows.
What do push notifications show on the lock screen?
The trip and reference, never a traveller's name.
Does it need an app store?
No. It installs from the browser, and updates arrive automatically.
