Permits, crew and safety for every trek
Work out every trekker's permits and fees from their nationality, collect passports and rescue insurance, plan crew, lodges and altitude day by day, and keep in touch with groups on the trail.
Overview
Trekking & expedition operations at a glance
Each trek lists the permits it needs, the day the group enters each area and who pays. Fees are worked out per traveller from their nationality, and each departure gets a permit checklist from documents to issued, with the submission sheet for the agency or board as CSV or PDF. Passport validity, photos, visa numbers and helicopter-rescue insurance are checked for every trekker.
Crew are planned per departure, with licence and insurance checks, porter load limits, guide-to-trekker ratios and crew pay that feeds Costs & profit. On the trail, the crew use a phone link for daily check-ins, incidents and evacuation requests, and the office is alerted at once, or when a group goes quiet.

Is it only for Nepal?
No. Permits, fees, groups and rules are your own data. Nepal's common permits are offered as a starting point.
Can travellers pay permit fees separately?
Yes. Choose per permit whether it's included in the price (a cost) or added to the booking as its own line.
Can Tourtify file permits online for me?
Not directly; the issuing systems have no public API. Tourtify prepares the submission sheets they ask for.
