Rentals, passes & memberships at a glance
Rental items are quantity pools, such as twelve e-bikes, priced by the hour, half day, day or week. Availability allows for turnaround time between rentals, so back-to-back rentals never double-count. Travellers book online or at the till; staff check gear out and in with condition notes and photos, then settle late or damage charges against the deposit.
Passes are punch cards or unlimited passes usable across the tours you choose, valid from purchase or first use. Memberships renew monthly or yearly through your payment provider, with a member discount, free entries each period and a members' area on the traveller's account.
