Opn Payments, formerly Omise
Opn Payments, the gateway previously called Omise, serves Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. The plugin offers cards, PromptPay, TrueMoney, Thai mobile banking, Rabbit LINE Pay, ShopeePay and the other methods on your Opn account, paid into your own Opn Payments account.
Opn appears at checkout for tours priced in THB, SGD, MYR, JPY or USD. Tourtify records the method each traveller used, from PromptPay to Touch 'n Go, GrabPay or PayNow, so your reports show how people pay.
Single-use payment links
For each checkout Tourtify creates an Opn payment link for the exact amount, titled with your booking reference. The link takes one payment and is then used up, so it can't be paid twice.
A booking confirms when Opn reports a successful charge on the link. A PromptPay QR code that hasn't been paid yet, or a failed attempt, leaves the booking waiting. Pending payments are checked every five minutes.
Webhooks and secret rotation
In the Opn dashboard › Webhooks, add the plugin's URL and copy the webhook secret into Tourtify. Opn shows the secret only once, so copy it straight away. Every webhook's signature and timestamp are checked; while you rotate the secret, signatures with either secret are accepted.
With the webhook, bookings confirm the moment the traveller pays, and refunds made in Opn show up on bookings.
Refunds
Refunds from a booking are sent to Opn against the charge, in full or in part, with an idempotency key. Tourtify also remembers each refund for 30 days, so a retry never refunds twice.
Setting up Opn Payments (Omise)

FAQ
Opn Payments (Omise): questions
Is this the same as Omise?
Yes. Omise is now Opn Payments; keys from the Opn dashboard work with this plugin.
Which methods will travellers see?
Those your Opn account has enabled for the booking's currency. PromptPay, for example, is a Thai baht method.
What does Opn charge?
Check Opn Payments' pricing for your country. Tourtify takes no commission.
What if a traveller pays by PromptPay and closes the tab?
With the webhook, the booking confirms as soon as Opn reports the charge. Without it, Tourtify finds the payment on its next five-minute check.
Why must the key match the mode?
Test keys start with skey_test_ and only work in Test mode; live keys start with skey_ without test_. Tourtify checks this so test and real payments never mix.
Which plans include Opn Payments (Omise)?
Opn Payments (Omise) is available on All plans, at no extra cost.
How do I switch on Opn Payments (Omise)?
In your Tourtify console, open Plugins, find it in the list and switch it on. Its settings open straight away, and you can switch it off again at any time.
Do I need a developer?
No. Plugins are built into Tourtify and set up from the console. Where an outside account is involved, such as a payment provider, you connect it by entering your account details.
Does Opn Payments (Omise) work with my other plugins?
Yes. Every plugin is built and maintained by Tourtify, so they work together: discounts, deposits, vouchers and fees all add up correctly at checkout.
