Booking adjustments & payment links at a glance
Plans change after people book: a private transfer, a room upgrade, a goodwill discount. Add a line to the booking with the label the traveller sees, an internal reason and whether it is taxable. The balance, the invoice, the ledger and the traveller's booking page update together, and the change is recorded with who made it.
To collect the money, send a payment link from the booking. A link can go towards the balance, so reminders and automatic cancellation know it's being paid, or it can be an extra charge that adds its own line. Automatic discounts handle the planned cases: early booking, longer stays, bigger groups, without a promo code.
